Lots of rumbling off to the west and north this morning. A bluebird day with sounds of distant thunder.

Methinks there is an earthquake rumbling in Oklahoma this morning! Nothing yet on quakefeed though.

We've got some sort of bizarre wet stuff falling out of our sky this morning. If I didn't know better and it hadn't been so long, I'd almost think it was rain.

Man, we got lucky yesterday....rained off and on nearly all day....almost 2 inches....first decent rain in 2 months.

I hope it moves northeast toward Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge....those wildfires are really burning up some sheeit up there.

Still bone dry here. It's God-awful. Pastures burnt up feeding hay hand over fist.

Wish I could send you some of our rain. This has been the wettest fall season I can remember. We actually had a sunny day yesterday (for a few hours anyway) and I was having trouble driving in the bright, yellow light.

Up here we are dealing with some pretty serious snow. It started out as rain on Sunday night and turned to snow by about 10 PM. By morning we had nearly 6" and then by sometime last night we exceeded the 12" mark. It has been snowing all day and it still is. As of early this morning we had sustained winds in excess of 30 MPH. Not sure what it looks like now but will soon find out as I am headed home to start moving snow once again.

Wow that's a bunch of snow.

I never did feel or find an earthquake close enough to make the rumbling sound I heard. It was distinctive though as the kind of rumbling we hear when the earth moves.

Just got off the plane in SLC. There's all sorts white stuff all over the ground. WTF is it??? ;)

We got some rain today. Hope it help with our wild fires...
