Technical email question.....

I was sent an email, which contains instructions for me to eSign a document....I've never done this, and was wondering how it's done.

The signature box is high-lighted, so do I just type in my name or what???

PDF file? if so type your name and adobe reader will automatically generate something that looks like a signature from it.
