So I upgraded my phone and need to send my old one back in. Is there anything besides 'Erase All Content and Settings' I need to do before shipping this thing back? I'm going to keep my SIM card, but was wondering if there might be anyplace else that stores passwords, credit card info, etc.
Its an Apple Iphone 5s of that matters.

I have no clue. I always buy my iPhones outright. Got a desk drawer full of them.

I send mine in also. When I traded our iPhone 4's for the 6's, we got a $200/phone rebate. Since the 4's were selling (used) for about $150-$175, it was a no-brainer.

I think I went to the net or YouTube possibly to see how to wipe 'em clean. It was easy-peasy, although I don't recall the process. Actually, Verizon would not take them back in unless they'd been wiped clean. (they supplied pouches and address lables to mail them in).

Not sure why you care about such things. The Russians already have all your shit.

Reset to factory defaults should do the trick to keep the ruskies from getting anything additional.

Well I didn't want anybody to see all the pictures of my junk I sent to your wife.

Well that explains quite a bit... She made this funky appetizer with vienna sausages and said you gave her the recipe idea. Weird.

Looks kind of like a grubworm in a turtleneck sweater.

While we're at it, anybody know anything about the new Google phones?

Well, I tried to do the same but I only have a 5-foot selfie-stick and still couldn't get all my junk in the frame. :(

Postie, go to the apple store or any of your provider store/kiosk and they can do it for you. Otherwise, just like Len said, you should have an option in Itunes to restore the phone to factory settings.

CD, I cant tell you personally but the step daughter has one and she loves it, she had a Samsung S6 if I recall right and she likes the google better.

Thanks. Found a pretty good review on CNET as well. I forgot how much I liked them.

That's a big vagina if you couldn't get a photo of it with a 5 foot selfie stick.

Don't worry .... there will never be a shortage of tall stools around this joint ... so just get in line.

So big you can't get a pic of it with a 5 foot selfie stick.... but could bury the same stick all the way to the handle without even knowing it was there.
