From the looks of my post last night it would appear I owe some apologies...
Not that you gonna get them.
It was all the Redskins fault, they let the panthers score too much and I was doing a drink of shine each score. I had no idea the panthers would score that many points THREE points at a time. Damn.
I wake up in my recliner this morning with people yelling at me via text, I read all the post and I see why...
I will say even drunk I'm still funny as hell. :D

Not to change the subject (well, maybe!), but I misspelled the word "of" in a spelling bee once! I was in ... heck, I don't even remember, 4th or 5th grade maybe (?) and was competing to go to the State Spelling Bee. It was down to two of us in the school, myself and a guy named Larry Ford. I was given the word(s) "Tropic of Capricorn". I knew the tricky part was remembering to say "capital T and capital C". I was concentrating so much on not forgetting my capital letters, I spelled "of" as "ov" (the way it sounds). When I heard all the gasps in the room I was confused. I KNEW I'd spelled the words correctly. When they told me what I'd done, I could still hear it in my head (the mistake) and knew I'd blown the word "of"! That's one of those silly childhood memories I've never forgotten. Larry Ford moved on to the city-wide spelling bee, but can't remember if he made State or not. :(
