Sorry about that JB. Seems like a lot of us still post fish, deer and hog, turkey event pictures.
I've made a LOT of good friends here, you being one of the best. I really enjoy the site and perhaps we have transitioned and argue a lot about politics and current events. But we are all 20 or so years older than when this started and politics is just the low hanging fruit we all agree to disagree about.
Hope you don't stay home forever. I might have to get my passport and come back to yankeeland :D

I post here as much as anybody and I will say that as far as my own posts are concerned, I get a shitload more replies to political posts, both serious and humorous, than I do fishing. Maybe my other shit pisses people off too.

It's all on leased property now. Every mud hole big enough to hold fish is on someone's deer lease and people around here are grouchy as a she bear with cubs about things like that.

reds hard to fish. I don't have a boat big enough to put on that wild sucker. Lake Erling is about 7100 acres and it's about ten miles away but they've drained it so low you have to drag your boat 100 yds to get to the water. It's easier to find a place to hunt than it is to fish
