Thanks All - It's gonna be a good day......My requests have been put in for red velvet cup cakes and fat kid chicken ... I think I have a pretty good chance of that being reality. Other than that I'll be doing the adult thing of coming into work.

It is just chicken breasts in a backing pan....Take some Mayo, a LOT of Ranch dressing, and some lemon pepper blend that up....poor it over the chicken until you can barely see the top...put it in the oven at 350 for around 45M - 1H.
