I was trying to get a jump on cooking some stuff for the game....these started out as about 30 lbs., but I've already had to sample about 5 lbs., and, I'm pretty sure I'll hafta sample some more tonite....I might hafta call up the mud bug man, again. ;)

I often am amazed at the weird stuff you guys in the South consider food. However, that pile of mud bugs isn't one of them. I could put a hurt on that as well.

Ha, QA, you musta missed the video i posted, last year, about how to eat mud bugs....you do NOT peel them like shrimp, or you'll starve to death....you just squeeze the tail and pop 'em in your mouth....faster than eating popcorn. ;)
