Pawley's Island, SC....Wifey picked up a container of this pimento cheese spread at a small local store....sounded spicy and never heard of it, so we wanted to try it....this is some mighty fine stuff....got just enough heat to be real tasty, but not over-bearing.

Been to Pawleys Island many times. Fish all over that area too.
Never had that Palmetto Cheese however. Next time I'm down that way I'll look for it.

Just keep in mind Muddy's ability to determine what is too spicy with his delicate palette it prolly had like 3 black pepper flakes in it per gallon.
