Its about time we have an ardent outdoorsman, hunter, and fisherman heading up the department of the interior. And I thought it was cool he did this.

I'm hopeful he'll be as much a conservationist as he is an outdoorsman. most are.

I halfway expected he'd nominate Cliven Bundy as secretary of the interior.

I actually met him last year and had a very nice face to face conversation with him for about 20-30 minutes. He seemed like a real decent guy and he is very pro guns and hunting. He also met my youngest son and heaped a ton of praise on him for his artistic abilities. He loved his artwork and couldn't believe some that young could create such fantastic art. Pretty cool actually.
