The ins. adjuster told me to take pics of roof damage....well, I took both video and photos....then, I find out he can only download photos....my quershun is, is there any way to extract photos from the videos???

You can pause video and screen shot it but it usually looks pretty crappy.

Dunno for sure. But I HOPE you had your phone turned sideways when you took the video or Cappy will bust your ass for it

I have an app called ez-cam and I can make images from video.
Probably can do it without and appp but I don't know how.
