Some guys from here in MS came up with this corn dispensing machine, to sell bulk corn to hunters....in sorta peaked my interest because I got a little piece of property near a busy intersection, and thought it might go over well....UNTIL, I found out the cost of the machine....depending on the size of the machine, they range from $25K-$35K....day'um!!

That's actually a pretty good idea. It'd probably do better in the city than in the country though. Country boys that I know have been pretty much priced out of the commercially bagged feeder corn market. Most I know have found more direct non-commercial sources (like direct from farmers).

They've done the same thing with ice here too. There is a place here in our little town where you can go to an ice machine and fill up a cooler for about two or three bucks compared to buying a few of those little two dollar bags at convenience stores. It's handy as shot. I can pull up and fill up my boat coolers to the brim cheap and not have ice left over to throw away and its cheaper.
