What a coinky-dink. Lynn and I made the drive to Tampa earlier, to eat at out favorite Chinese restaurant. We started with Dim Sum, then got into some heavy-duty eating! :D

Nice! I don't think I've ever seen a crawdad on a Chinese menu in these parts. (Quite a few of them do blue crab though.)

We have a decent Chinese restaurant here in town that always has big ol' mudbugs on the (AYCE) buffet.

Same here in MS....and, sometimes the 'bugs are pretty good, but they use different seasonings, and they just aren't quite as good as the Creole seasonings.....jmho.

Four of them would make about one bite wouldn't they?

Chinese food in SW Arkansas. I'm surprised it doesn't have a piece of catfish on it too! But a person shouldn't argue with good food no matter where it comes from! One of my favorite places to stop when I'm ever through Pine Bluff, Arkansas is to get fried chicken gizzards at the Shell station there, sprinkled with lots of hot sauce.
