That other truck was old it was a 2015, in all seriousness the white one was a V6 and I decided I really needed a V8 for pulling the boat up and down the Ozarks when we go trout fishing. It stickered for just under $49,000 and I got it for $39,000 and they gave me $29,000 for mine, I owed $20,000 on mine so I actually lowered my payment.

Looks good Trav really like that color. OK that was a cheap trip only over to Idaho non guided. A buddy shot that lion and it was a once in a lifetime chance opportunity.

No, our no-taxes GOP legislature just voted in an increase in vehicle excise taxes from 3.25 to almost 6 per cent. The constitutionality is pretty dubious and its being challenged but it went into effect July 1st. His cost to tag that truck would have went from about $1250 to almost $2000. Since the dumbasses called it 'fee' and not a tax they think it'll slip by our state constitution on taxing matters (they require a 2/3 legislative majority and can't be enacted in the last five days of a legislative session) And they still hold onto that Kansas theme of 'no taxes'.

We have a cap @$300 here/ SC......you can buy a $80.000 truck here and sales tax is still only $300.

Barry, I did get it before the tax goes into effect and that played a part in the decision to buy now.
