We drove over to Ft. Pierce for the weekend, but on the way through Lake Wales, we stopped at Rufus' Rib Shack and picked up a slab of his kick-ass ribs.

Then we walked next door and picked up a big ol' hunk of smoked salmon. Junior has the best smoked salmon we've ever had ... and we've had a LOT of smoked salmon from a LOT of different places!
