Wifey wanted to cook some crock pot bbq ribs like her mom used to cook.....so, I picked up a nice slab of baby backs at W-M on my way to the lake house.....while walking down one of the aisles, I ran into one of my church ladies, and she saw the ribs in my cart, and I told her what wifey had planned for them.....she picked up a box from her own cart, and suggested we try these crock pot liners, as she used them all the time.

I bought a box, and man was wifey tickled to death with them.....absolutely no crock pot cleanup.....after the food is cooked and served, just lift the bag out, and toss it in the trash.....no mess, no cleanup, and easy-peasy.

Yeppers, we've used them for many years. Way back when Lynn would work the food shows, they'd sometimes have 6-8 crock pots going. (usually showing soups, chilis, dips, etc). I think she even bags turkeys and roasts sometimes. It sure is easy clean up!

Why? We use the crockpot fairly often and it's never seemed that hard to clean. Just seems like more trash going to the landfill to me.

Why clutter the landfill with paper napkins? Washing cloth napkins doesn't seem all that hard. ;)
