Bucky is alive and well

and living his dream. He arrived 10 days ago with his GMC 4 door crewcab, 8' bed,diesel, dually pulling a 38' fifth wheel that's nicer than my house.
His daughter and grandson were here the first couple of days, (Grandson was a camp counselor here all summer)
Spent a night sitting around his campfire and had them over for dinner another evening, but because of the weather, my client schedule and family stuff we were never able to go salmon fishing.
He's headed back to IN for a few more days before going home. I think he's been gone the entire month of Aug.
Still as ornery as ever, but good company.
He was here 5 years ago and wants to come North more often, now that they have such a nice rig.

Why Bucky no like us no more?....He just up and R-U-N-N-O-F-T one day and never came back?

Funny how different people are, traveling around living out of a camper, even a nice camper would be pure hades for me. I need roots, a home, a yard to mow, same scenery everyday. If I had a retirement check, access to 40 acres of timber with a small lake, and the internet, I'd never leave home.

Thanks for letting us in on the news jb. Bucky was around to get this place up and running and I miss hearing him grouse. With Arkansas football making some headway I was looking forward to hearing his opinion on Bert and his team. :p

Glad to hear he is getting some relax time in and enjoying seeing the country.
