Can you imagine the snakes? Captain would have a field day.

Back in the big '93 flood in Missouri we let a flooded out company use some space we had in a building in Chesterfield, Mo.
I talked to one of the guys who was involved in the recovery of what was left in their office and his stories about water snakes and moccasins in file cabinet drawers gave me bad dreams. Still might.

Motherfuckin snakes on the motherfuckin plane. But not in the motherfuckin house.

"Snake" story.. within a day after the 2008 flood, in the rural areas, any tree top sticking out of the water was "alive" with vermin.. mice, rats, voles.. they literally looked like the were "moving". I was out again in less than a week - almost every tree had a few (to a *lot*) of snakes.. no critters.
