Damn, but I've been slammed. My innerwebs and cable provider slammed me with a local number that I did not order. Charged me $30 a month for it.
I thought that practice got squashed in the 90's.

Actually, I think the operative word might be 'crammed' instead of 'slammed'. Either way, it sucks when they target old folks like me!
