Really tough week to pick. I started to plead insanity this week. Looking at my picks maybe I did. Went against my norm and picked a couple of visiting teams... some of them just didn't feel right.

I got no dogs in that fight, but I like the coach, Mark Richt, and Manny Diaz, the def. coord.....even though Diaz has bounced around the NCAA, he's a dang good def. coord.....he's got a mile-long resume', and will prolly get a head coach position, one day.

Yo QA. A friend of mine who knows the Vice Chairman says the U of A Board of Trustees is meeting this week. The coaching situation there is supposed to be front and center. Maybe there’ll be some positive news for the razorbacks soon.

This is the scheduled yearly meeting, I'd be surprised if anything major comes from it. If the AD holds true to form he'll wait until the season is over and he's secured Beilema another job before he tells the public. Rumor is this meeting is less about football and more about business as usual.

I deliberately didn't pick that game but it was second on my upset special. My mind said Huskies but my heart said go with the Tree. So I avoided it completely. I don't keep up with the PAC 12 enough to make an educated pick, and to be honest, I don't care enough about them either to watch them much. Kind of a CFB wasteland to me

Sorry, guys, I know you were pulling for my MS State boys to knock off Bama, but I guarandayumtee Bama knows they've been in a heckuva fight.....I couldn't be any prouder of my boys, and nobody has played Bama that good of a game, all year......they're just too deep, and wore us down.....so, they're back on top of the CFP heap, now.

Bama is prolly glad they're playing that Mercer powerhouse team, next week.....btw, where the h3ll is Mercer, anyhow??? ;););)

I watched the first hour before I switched over to the Sooner, then popped back at halftime.

That was one helluva effort. And I thought it exposed some things about Alabama. They’ll have their hands full with Auburn.

For the record, I’ve been on Auburn since the preseason. I’d love to see them beat Bama and face Georgia in a rematch for the SEC championship. A 2 loss SEC champion would make the BCS Committee’s Head explode!

Looks like one of the Hog's QB's, Cole Kelly, got arrested at 4am, this morning, for reckless driving and DWI.....well, from his school bio, it does look like he at least made the honor roll, last year.....he prolly went out to party with one of those Bayou Bungholes, after the game, last night.....those bayou boys can flat out-drink yo azz under the table. ;)
