The alleged reason he ran over these poor folks, or the reason he gave for running over them. One thing for sure, the old fucker oughta not dver be allowed in a boat again. And the citation is even worse!

I guess until somebody gets killed everything is okay.

Holy crap. Maybe fair payback would be to put the old dude back in his motor scooter and let the victim get in his favorite lifted 4wd truck and recreate the incident on land.
