One thing I love is a GOOD sausage (hold the smart-assed comments ya' bunch'a degenerates). I believe I may have found my all-time favorite (store bought) sausage! We were at Sam's last week and picked up a package of Kiolbassa Beef Sausage. (we always like natural casings) Man-o-man, it was good stuff. We went back and picked up a package of their Polish Sausage and I'm not sure which is my favorite! They have a pile of flavors and I'll prolly try the jalapeno next. They also have bacon as well as chorizo, so I see some chorizo and eggs in my immediate future. Sorry Okies, this stuff comes out of Tejas, but it's worth a shot. In fact, I'm fixin' to have a sausage on a bun in just a few minutes! Later dufes, I'm out to lunch!
