Birddog and I were loafing around in the country yesterday checking cameras, looking for buck sign, trying to figure out how to fish and hunt in the same day. So we picked up a few persimmons near Winganon, OK to check our winter prediction. So this is your Winganon Winter Weather forecast.

Four knives, two spoons. Or it might be three and three. Either way, it looks like winter is coming to a persimmon tree near you.

Our 'simmon seeds are all "sporks", down here.....prolly rain all winter. ;)

I had a pair of persimmon colored Acme cowboy boots when I was in high school. Had to save up a long ime to get them. I was the cat’s ass wearing those boots!

No persimmons that I am aware of which is probably why I have never heard of it being a predictor before.
