We got about 3 inches of snow Sunday night on top of a bit of ice so the wife and kids all had their Thanksgiving breaks extend by a day.

We hit a high of 29 today so the snow stayed. It was a really wet snow so it really stuck to the trees.

This is the view looking down my road.

Brrrr! Yup, keep it your way. With any luck, we won't see any snow this year (like last year). Works for me.

Hehe, yep Stephen liked the old deserted places.

That's what the drive off the mountain looked like this morning. I wasn't filled with my usual zeal for it though as I have been a major league slacker who has not yet put on his rough tread tires. National Weather Service and the Weather Channel long term forecasts say this winter is going to be a bit colder and snowier than usual, getting worse as the winter progresses. We'll see I guess.
