First, my son got him a really nice buck:

Then, he requested his favorite meal for supper, which I gladly helped him consume.....rest of family decided to eat out at KFC,.....they just couldn't watch us eat. ;););)

If I had that choice, I'd gladly go to KFC with them! Why would you turn down fried chicken for pig guts?

Personally, I can't get past the smell of those dang chitterlings cooking. I think my grandmother used to throw a raw onion in the pot to hold the smell down.

But, I have to admit, I love "GOOD" menudo, but on the flip side, I've had some that was nasty as s..t! (no pun intended) Like chitterlings (and many other things), it's all how it's prepared.

Oh, BTW ... that's a pretty nice deer ... he'd have been a keeper next year. ;)

That’s a heck of a nice buck. I might eat chittlings, if they were deep fried. But, you lose me on stewed.

Speaking of which, who would eat this even if it is in $2.99/lb?

Yep, Thump, the big raw vidalia onion is a requirement, as is, buying the pre-cleaned, ready to cook ones.

Some folks will eat every part of the pig except the squeal. They’d eat that too if they could.

Not this kid!

A chitlin is just an extension of a butthole when you think about it. An elongated butthole.

Elongated butthole. That describes a few of us around here.
