Long story short: After a year of running the chainsaw I had a good idea of what I really liked and what I didn't so I ordered the saw I thought would serve me well. Problem is that it is a new design and came with a newly introduced chain. The filing guides aren't on the continent yet so I will have to freehand it for a month or two. So I googled "freehand chainsaw sharpening" and a bit of web cruising later I come across this guy.

Only in Canada... Oh, and the song was performed by the band he and his mother are members of lol! An amazing talent with a world class sense of humor and love of life.

Wow! That was a great job but something I'd never attempt.

I love the work but chainsaws scare the hell out of me. But you know the old joke: What do you call a phobia of chainsaws? Answer: Common sense. :)
