I'm alway hearing catching big fish will ruin you for everything else.. Probably not.. One year I was fishing for billfish in Cabo at 4:00 pm on Friday.. Sunday morning at 9:00 I was sitting on the ice in Iowa fishing for bluegills.. Went yesterday.. Wind out of the east and pretty cool - but I got a few to go.

I've only caught one fish on a flyrod and that was a northern last year while on my bear hunt. I need to change that.

We do catch some in the river .. these came out of a farm pond..
