I mean, for the LEGAL stuff P-hole! ;)

I picked up a "Presentation Set" of matched, Missouri Meerschaums at an estate sale a while back and am getting ready to list them, probably this week. I don't ever recall anyone here mentioning being a pipe smoker, but I thought I'd ask. It's a six-piece set, but there are only three remaining (new and unused). If interested, I'll post a few pics.

Yup, smoked a pipe for many years and actually have a Missouri Meerschaum in my drawer that originally belonged to my dad. Great smoking pipe! If I was still into smoking tabaccy I'd be all over that! Post a pic fer sure.

I have no idea how old these are. This modern version is the closest I could come up with on their website.

Ha ha! Here's an interesting note: (how fitting for Good Hunting)

The word “meerschaum” is derived from a German word meaning “sea foam.”

A bit of history:

This pipe is one my grandpa ‘Fate’ Bruton smoked. He died before Iwas born so I never knew him. I have it on my mantle. I suspect its a much cheaper model than the ones you posted.

My Dad told me a story about he and his brother getting in trouble when grandpa found the corncob pipes they’d made out in the barn where they’d been smoking them. They denied it of course which made the punishment all the worse, especially when there was CLB carved in the stem of his.

That's really cool P-hole! Heck, who knows? That could be a Meerschaum for all I know. They've been making corncob pipes for 150 years.

Pipette organs are found in miniature churches. I belong to a full-sized church where we have PIPE organs! ;)
