I heard on the news last night that Conway was getting flooded, didn't know if that would affect Bill.

Yeah, I heard about Conway getting hammered and wondered the same. Someone might want to give him a shout via Ma Bell ... I have his # if anyone needs it. He don't like me no mo' 'cause I "picked on him".

I’ve texted him several times.......no response. Maybe he changed his number or maybe he’s having too much fun to worry about us.

Just got this email from him, sure hope the rain stops soon. I think floods are worse than tornado's. I'm sure I never want to find out about either.

It is bad. We are on a high spot, but US 65N has spots that might dlood, and that's a mile away. Many roads closed.

Came home last week from CO Springs and S.E. Kansas was tough to get through. Many places flooding here. And more rain coming. Could use some prayers.

Mama broke her ankle and healing is slow. Otherwise we're fine.

I was actually thinking about him Friday.
I texted the number that used to be his.... and got an automated reply that it is now a landline.

Good to hear that he is doing ok. A lot of folks get wiped out in these floods. Hope his mom heals up well.

I'm not 100% sure, but I think Mama probably means his wife. His mom lives next door to him, but I believe he usually referred to her as Mother. I could be wrong ... but it would be the first time this year. ;)

Hope all goes well with the healing no matter whose ankle it is. Those old bones don't heal as fast as they used to.
