I'll have to be honest here about this. I was really looking forward to a full season of Carpenter and Wainright in the starting rotation. But, and here's the honest part, I'm not sure that either of them will make through an entire season let alone both of them. Even if they had, neither has the power or control they once had and wouldn't have the status of ace. and that's too bad because I've really like both of them and love to watch them pitch.
Now its time for the farm system to show its worth.
