Herb2, you need to remember that the Captain is a Noticer First Class. And those are inconsistencies in your claim.

It is entirely possible that this is a whole new show, but it is at the same time of the year as the old one, and if the State sanctioned duck calling contest is help as part of the show, I'd suggest that while they may have missed one year or so, it is the same show,
