I read an article, maybe it was here, about a photographer that was trying to film cicadas emerging at night and got all set up amd saw a whole bunch of copperheads feasting on cicadas as they came out. In the trees.

We have copperheads here but not as many as the south. Not as big either. Our models lay there and wait for you to step on you then they bite without warning.

i Had a big old fox squirrel jump out of a tree and hit me upside the noggin. Felt like I took a flipper pad on the side of the haid.
