You're good, fish cops don't count. I've been thinking about the exceptions. I "outran" a few cops with my hotrod way back in my street racing days ... but is that really considered "running"? I think I'll say no, but spike strips are still legal (only because my street racing days are behind me). ;)

I'm sure I'll have to do a bit of tweaking along the way to work out the bugs ... but only if the changes work to MY advantage. (afterall, I'm the King, remember?) It'll be a work in progress. ;)

Of course, in your case for example, there will still be pardons available (IF the shooting wasn't fatal) ... but it may cost you a jar of pepper jelly ... or two. :D
