Just finished salad, fried chicken, sweet tater casserole, fried okra, black-eyed peas, corn bread and watermelon for dessert. For my diet, I skipped the sweet tea and drank ice water. ;)

Grilled Mediterranean marinated salmon over mixed greens with coconut, cashews, dried cherries and fresh mango, and flan for dessert.

Fried green tomatoes from the garden, homemade spicey pimento cheese sammies for dinner.
I dare you to find a better combo of bacon and tomatoes on bread than this right here.

The mayo is in the pimento cheese!
And the lettuce was on the other side of the counter.
Fried green tomatoes makes it though.
