I read the comments below the blog ... and wouldn't you know it? Some typical bow-hunter type purist had to add his 2-cents.

I find it sad that at that age they're allowing her to use a mechanical release and peep sights. It's not archery if you're not touching the bow string IMO. Sheeesh!

I was the oldest of 5 kids in the family ... so I was always the one to convince my younger brothers and sisters of the best method for tooth extraction. My two favorites were to tie a string around the tooth, then attach it to the door knob of an open door ... then I'd give my siblings the option of slamming the door themselves or letting ME do the honors!

My other favorite ... my parents had a big ol' 4-poster bed. I'd have the tooth donor stand up on the bed, tie a string to the loose tooth and the other end to the top of one of the corner posts ... then tell them to jump off the bed!

I really should have become a dentist! ;)
