Picked a great time for a weekend in Miami

Ol' Eta is wreaking havoc here this weekend. Heavy rain, but at least it's coming in bands, so we have a bit of relief between them. Wind is kicking up, but it's just random gusts, so not a major deal. Oh well, the locals are prolly happy I'm not spending any time out by the pool. The tiki bar ain't all that bad though ... until the wind kicks up and blows the rain around. :(

That's too bad. An absolutely priceless autumn day in the mountains here. :)

Yeah, I'm sure the left coast firefighters could use some of the water that's gonna be dumped here the next few days.
