It would be tough for this prairie boy to get used to sitting in such a spot as I am used to being able to see critters for quite some distance.

That being said, your view looks much better than what I was faced with bear hunting as a couple of those stands offered a view in a single direction about 20-25 yards deep by about 5 yards across. THAT took some serious getting used to!

Looking at that pic, you could tell me it was taken at my old hunting haunts in Ohio and I'd believe you. It looks like a carbon copy of the areas I hunted up there. Course, I guess there shouldn't really be much difference between Ohio and Michigan woods anyway.
