Larke sent me this bog old copperhead hide way back in ‘99. Its been in the box he sent it in on my bookcase ever since.

I need you guys to help me figure out what to do with it (OTHER THAN SEND IT TO YOU). I have a perfect walking stick candidate that I picked up in Canada but I know it would make it very camoflaged and I know it’d give me a start every time I saw it on the ground.
So, I’m kind of stumped. If I knew how to work leather I might make a guitar strap out of it.
Gimme some ideas.
Also, four years go today I was on the road to Larkes to meet up with a bunch of Goodhunting Deplorables to deer hunt. I stayed a few extra days to fish with Larke and he took me to some really awesome places. It was right after I’d lost my kidney to cancer and I needed some R&R. My little buddy came through for me. I sure do miss him.
