Looks like a bowl of pho! We were in Tampa yesterday and tried a new (to us) pho place and I think I could have eaten a 55-gal. drum of the stuff! We’ll be going back sometime soon, I’m sure.

We got the broth at a place called Pho Hoang. Smoked pork loin, rice noodles, cilantro and my wife's homemade hot chili oil

Dang, that sounds good. I eat at the restaurants and add sriracha and housin. Lynn leaves her broth clear (the pic was hers). I swear, I could eat good pho on a daily basis.
