I've heard of them up north, but I've only been to Hanoi once. I didn't see any, but didn't think to look for them either.

That said, it looks like they'd make a nice bowl of feet and wouldn't take as many as I usually order. As the Buckster would say, "They're larrupin'!" :)

Just curious, Thump, have you ever watched a chicken walk around in a muddy cow feed lot with cow sheeit squishing between their toes???.....that plate looks very appetizing, but I just wouldn't be able to get the image of squishing cow sheeit outta my mind. ;)
