We're headed out in about 15 minutes to run some errands, then will be going to Tampa for most of the day. No lizards today as it's gonna be all about the MEAT! We'll be hitting one of my favorite Brazilian joints to hit the pig trough! No breakfast for me today ... it'll be all about lunch and I want to try putting the place into bankruptcy by hitting them with an empty stomach! I can rip through a truck load of lambchops in no time! ;)

It’s Brazilian, the only buffet is soup & salad bar. The goodies are Brazilian style. Of our usual churrascarias, we prefer Terra Gaucha over Fogo de Chao or Texas de Brazil. (Our other local Brazilian pig troughs)

I have to keep myself from visiting the salad bar in those places to get my money’s worth. Most of them have pretty amazing salad bars too.

Thanks guys! Yep P-hole, I have a long-standing unwritten rule, “No Salad Bar at a Buffet!” Problem is, these churrascarias have amazing salad bars and it’s impossible not to break my own rule. Then there’s those hot cheese bread rolls and a big ol’ hunk of butter I “should” avoid, but can’t. That’s why I always hit ‘em when I’m on “empty” so I’ll have a little more space to fill.
