Looks like a pretty day for February here today. We have sun and headed to the mid 50s today. Winter comes back tomorrow thoughi and looks like for the next week or so it’ll be cold temps and rain and snow.
And grey. That’s the toughest part of winter for me. I love the snow and I like wiinter. But I don’t like endless processions of grey days.

Hope y’all are weathering well!

Here’s our forecast for the next few days. We have an Alberta Clipper going through. Cold and windy.

That being said, I would much rather have snow than not during the winter. I hate it when everything is brown and drab. At least the white is nicer to look at.

We were in the upper 30's earlier this week, but this weekend we are looking at temps topping out in the low single digits.

First decent snowfall this year, this AM had about 5" new on the ground with more Lake Effect coming over the next 3 days. May end up with 10" before it's all over. Forecast says -14 (wind chill) Sat. PM - Sunday AM. It's been a mild winter so far as snow fall and temps, Thursday it was 40, blew the driveway this morning an the temp said 19. Good thing Feb is a short month, March always feels like Spring is right around the corner. As for gray days, I thing our average for the 4 1/2 months of winter is something like 85% gray, the only thing that helps is a nice layer of new snow.
