I know a lot of folks don’t care for jazz music but some do.

Chick Corea, one of the jazz legends passed away from cancer. He was to jazz piano what Jimi Hendrix was to r&r guitar.
I’ve seen him play at the Blue Note in Greenwich Village twice on business trips to NY. What a talent.

I'm familiar with Corea's work, and I'm actually a fan of almost all genres when it comes to music, from blues to hip hop/rap. The one thing I've never really been able to get into is jazz ... whether contemporary, Dixieland or early jazz. It's just one of the very few genres that never did it for me. RIP Chick (they seem to be dropping like flies lately ... or maybe it's just my age and I'm losing people I grew up with)
