Observation from my daily walk.
Our trash day is always Wednesday and is Thursday if Monday happens to be a holiday. A block or so down, one of my neighbors put their trash out this morning. And just like clockwork soon after two or three houses on either side of them also rolled theirs out.
One born per minute might have been lowballing it.
