Tom T Hall gone at 85. RIP

What a songwriter. You don’t realize how many familiar tunes, if tou have any country roots that is, until you start hearing them.

he may be the last great songwriter, people nowadays will will listen to any kind of crap

Yep, he was sure a good one. Clayton Delaney is one of the first ones I can remember liking a lot that he wrote.

I liked The Little Lady Preacher and A Week in the County Jail. He also wrote Harper Valley PTA
