More old man crap I guess. I was at the VA for a regular check-up a couple weeks ago and was informed they found a "spot" on my liver and they want to take a closer look at it. So, I'm headed to Tampa for a ... heck, I don't even remember what ... Ultrasound, Xray, MRI, CT SCAN ... I don't remember. All I know is I'm not supposed to eat or drink anything this morning. After that, I have a consultation with another doc for something else, can't even remember what. While there, I'll drop in for my Covid booster. Oh well, I'm out-ta here for a bit. Maybe Lynn and I will have a nice lunch in Tampa and try to take a break from all this medical crap for a while.

Fatty liver. Between stage 2-3 (out of 6). 2-3 is kinda like being “pre-diabetic” in the case of diabetes. Stage 3 is basically progressing into Fibrosis and after that comes (non-alcoholic) Cirrhosis. I’m scheduled back in for testing in January, then every 6-mos. after that. Just something else to help wear out my new set of worry-beads.
