Bull Dogs over Ol’ Miss because Lane Kiffin is an asshat and maybe a Miss. State win would lead to Big Muddy coming out of hiding.

Razorbacks over Missouri because it’ll make Vince nervous.[emoji41] (Not a rivalry-but I can’t resist.)

The Wolfpack whips the Tarheels like a rented mule.

Georgia over Ga Tech. Georgia is the real deal this year.

FSU beats a rudderless Florida team mostly as I’m an ACC homer.

Auburn upsets Bama as I like chaos in BCS picture coming out of the last week of the season.

Purdue over IU for no real reason as I have no dog in this fight.

Tech boat races UVA in a complete homer pick.

Wisconsin thumps Minnesotanin the battle of the corn fed farm boys.

Sooners beat the Cowboys in a basketball game. 68-65

Gamecocks over Clempson as I’m tired of Dabo’s act. (Breaking my normal rule of never rooting for an SEC team unless they’re playing Duke in basketball.)

Dang, I’m gonna hold off on my picks until tomorrow.

Early thoughts though.

Don’t sleep on Missouri. Drinkwater needs to change his name to Drinkkoolaid. He has the Tigers believing. Which is dangerous this time of year. And Mizzou/Ark was a basketball rivalry not a football one, back when Nolan and Norm were household names around here.

Taco Tech is like a drowning man and there’s no telling if pulling a victory out of their asses would push Aranda out of the running for LSU or Florida, or even USC. But this is the kind of crazy crap that happens last week of the regular season in the Big 12. I might even call this upset, not sure.

And for the seventh time this season we’ll get reminded that no, Texas is not back. Depending on if the Puplepussy QB is healthy or not.

Bedlam? I ain’t ever gonna pick against the Landthieves. Right now I’m thinking 13-9 in a snoozer. But that’s right now.

And lastly, even though they never have the moxy to beat them,Auburn always seems to expose Bama in some way in this game. And Bama has already been exposed a bit already. Can the Warchicken squawk?

Sam Pittman is 11-11 in two years against what was voted by ESPN as the toughest schedule both years. That ought to be worth 150 million using that standard

I'm glad they wrapped him up, much less face time for him down here. I'd love to play them in a bowl game this year.....probably wouldn't beat us by more that 50 or 60 points

I'm wondering if Lincoln Riley isn't going to be another Brett Beilima. Barry Alverez built Wisconsin into a powerhouse program then turned it over to Beilima who had similar success until he took a flyer on Arkansas and was average at best. Riley continued the success that Stoops had built but now he's flying solo at USC. Of course, he'll have more talent to work with than Beilima did, but you have to wonder how good he'll be there
