Dang it Deppity!

You were down here at one of the busiest times of the whole year for me and I lost track of the days. I'm gonna get regrouped here soon and maybe we can plan something for your Spring trip.

This was a real quick trip for us too. Made it to Siesta on Monday, left Wednesday night to drive to Orlando so we could get an early start Thursday when we spent the ENTIRE day at Universal because the kids are HUGE Harry Potter fans and they had been dying to go there.

After we closed down Universal, we drove to Macon, GA to get a little sleep, then headed to Opryland in Nashville to celebrate NYE. Had a great time there, then drove home late yesterday because we were supposed to get a major snow storm and we wanted to not get caught in the worst of it.

Luckily it wasn’t as bad as they had called for, never saw the freezing rain and didn’t get into the heavier snow until just about 20 miles from home.

It feels like all I’ve done since Wednesday night is stand in line for something or be driving.

The weather was awesome until we were ready head home.

Sunny and low 80’s the entire time in Florida and it was even mid 70’s in Nashville when we were there, but we came home to this.

Glad all went well. It sounds like you were as busy as I’ve been. Glad the trip went well.

We did Harry Potter when the kids were younger. They do a really good job with that.
