for chili. I'm gonna make it from scratch today using pork sausage, smoked boston butt finely chopped, onions, tomatoes, red bell peppers, pinto beans along with my house seasoning which changes every time depending on what I have available

83 degrees and sunny here today. Not really a chili type of day, but I can do chili any time! Do you deliver? ;)

The day this storm hit, I made, by special request mind you, a big pot of Disneyland Potato Soup. Now the name would have normallystopped my but it was a special request andI can’t say no to those and it might be the best potato soup known to mankind.
And might be the worse for you. Has a pound of bacon and a bunch of heavy cream. And yeah, potatoes.

But its good on a cold snowy day.

I think all that heavy cream just kicks regular old potato soup up a notch. and using chicken stock for the liquid makes it good too. It’ll prolly make your smaller arteries snap shut but its good.
