We have a armoire on the back stoop where we keep pool stuff and odds and ends. I left the door open for like two days and a little Carolina Wren made a home in it and laid a couple eggs. Now I have to leave the damn door open for the next few weeks until she’s done. She’s a salty little bitch too!

They also carry a lot of volume so be so small, if they don’t poke your eyes out, they’ll ruin your hearing

We have a decorative birdhouse that sits on our front porch and a wren nests in it every year. I can’t believe that a bird so small can be so loud.
