Well my annual crawfish boil was a great success, 272# of crawfish, 30# pulled pork, 30# of pork belly burnt ends and a good time had by all.

Looks like a great time. That's a serious amount of mudbugs to cook in a day. Hopefully Muddy is checking in, I always remember him having a cookout at his place in Arkansas...at least that's where i think it was.

Eddie has a place on lake Chicot in south central arkansas where they did most of their family get togethers. I think most of the chitlin cookouts was in mississippi

He still checks in from time to time but doesn't post. I think between the loss of Cap and his distaste for the current administration that he kind of watches from a distance. Seems we can't discuss things rationally anymore..... everything has become emotion based politics.

Thanks Barry, down 135# and my last A1C was 5.7. I am also down to only metformin for the diabetes down from 4 meds and only the lisinopril for the high blood pressure, I was on 4 meds for it. All this in just 7 months.
